We’ve been installing chimney liners in Johnston since 2000 with the same experienced team. Our technicians are CSI certified, which means they’ve completed the most rigorous training in the chimney industry.
We’re not the cheapest option, and that’s intentional. You’re paying for certified expertise, quality materials, and installation that passes inspection the first time. We also run a retail stove store, so we understand heating systems inside and out.
When you need financing, we handle it in-house. When you need a straight answer about your chimney, you get it without the sales pitch.
First, we inspect your existing chimney to determine the correct liner size and identify any structural issues that need addressing before installation. We measure the flue dimensions and check for obstructions or damage that could complicate the job.
Next, we remove the old liner if one exists and clean the chimney thoroughly. We then install your new stainless steel liner from the top down, ensuring proper connections at both the appliance and chimney cap. Every joint gets sealed correctly to prevent leaks.
Finally, we test the system to make sure everything draws properly and meets safety codes. You get documentation of the installation for your records and insurance company. The whole process typically takes one day for most homes, and we clean up completely when we’re done.

Every installation includes a heavy-duty stainless steel liner sized specifically for your appliance and chimney dimensions. We use 316Ti stainless steel that resists corrosion from the acidic condensation that destroys cheaper materials.
You also get proper insulation around the liner when required by code or when your chimney is on an exterior wall. This prevents condensation problems and improves draft performance. We install new chimney caps and storm collars as needed to keep water out of your system.
Johnston’s coastal climate is tough on chimney systems, so we pay extra attention to sealing and water protection. Every installation comes with clear documentation for your insurance company and future service needs.
