We’ve been handling chimney work in Rhode Island since 2000. We were formally established in 2016, but our experienced team has been working together for over twenty years.
All our technicians are CSI certified through the Chimney Safety Institute of America. We understand the demands on chimneys in Kent County – the constant temperature changes that break down brick material faster, the long winters that damage exteriors and create interior buildup.
We’re part of the Kent County community. We know what Kent County homeowners face every winter, and we’re here to make sure your chimney system handles whatever Rhode Island weather throws at it.
We always send two chimney technicians to your residence. When they arrive, they collaborate to inspect your chimney from top to bottom, interior and exterior. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes for a standard inspection.
First, we conduct a detailed evaluation of your entire chimney system – from the firebox to the cap. We use visual checks and sometimes camera inspections to find all areas that need attention. We look for creosote buildup, structural issues, and safety hazards.
Then we explain everything we found in plain language. If repairs are needed, we provide detailed explanations and free estimates. You get documentation for insurance purposes and future reference. We handle all cleanup too – chimney work can be messy, but we protect your home and leave everything clean when we’re done.
Ready to get started?
You get a complete assessment of your chimney’s safety and efficiency. We check for creosote accumulation, structural damage, proper ventilation, and code compliance. Every inspection includes checking the flue liner, chimney cap, crown, and flashing.
Kent County’s freeze-thaw cycles are particularly hard on masonry chimneys. We know exactly what to look for – the white stains that signal water damage, the mortar deterioration that happens here, the animal intrusion points that are common in our area.
We also provide free chimney inspections with every cleaning service. Our base price for standalone inspections is $99.95. With Rhode Island winters, anyone using their fireplace or chimney stove frequently should get their chimney inspected once or twice a year.
